Engineering design is most effective when design decisions are supported by appropriate technical analysis. At Erresol, we integrate engineering design and analysis to develop solutions that meet defined functional, performance, structural, thermal, fluid, and operational requirements.
Our engineering design activities can begin with an initial concept and progress toward detailed design and development. We study the operating environment, loading conditions, material considerations, boundary conditions, performance requirements, manufacturing constraints, and other relevant parameters before developing the engineering solution.
Engineering analysis can then be used to evaluate the proposed design and understand its behavior under relevant operating conditions. Depending on the application, this may involve structural mechanics, fluid-flow analysis, heat-transfer analysis, or fluid-structure interaction studies.
Where required, design alternatives can be evaluated and optimized to achieve the desired balance between performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and other project requirements.
